Enquiries and bookings: Cancellation Policy: A deposit of one night's accommodation charge or 50% of the total cost (whichever is greater) is required to confirm the booking. Although the deposit is non refundable if cancelling less than 14 days before arrival, we are happy to change the booking date(s), subject to availability. If you decide to shorten your stay, less than 14 days before arrival, the unused nights will be charged at 50% unless we can rebook. In the unlikely event of any damage to the rooms or their contents, or unreasonable wear and tear, guests will be charged. For this reason we require your credit card details as security. For couples or friends travelling together we can also offer you the option of a lovely modern home in Hart St, Bermagui.
