Cancellation Policy: A deposit of one night's accommodation charge or 50% of the total cost (whichever is greater) is required to confirm the booking. Although the deposit is non refundable if cancelling less than 14 days before arrival, we are happy to change the booking date(s), subject to availability. If you decide to shorten your stay, less than 14 days before arrival, the unused nights will be charged at 50% unless we can rebook.
